HER STORY

A Life Rooted in Art,
Community, and Connection

Abby Riley is a multidisciplinary artist whose work weaves together poetry, voice, and embodied practices to explore themes of feminine identity, healing, and connection to the natural world. Rooted in both artistic expression and facilitation, her work lives at the intersection of performance, ritual, and community experience.
With a background in musical theater and years of vocal performance, teaching, and the study of breathwork, Riley brings a deep understanding of the voice as both an instrument and a portal to deeper connection with our innate wisdom. Her artistic practices extends beyond traditional performance into immersive spaces, where she guides others through breathwork, sound, and creative exploration as pathways to self-discovery.
Riley’s work is deeply informed by her personal journey, including transformative time spent in Costa Rica,  where she studied and lived in community, reconnecting with earth-based practices and indigenous wisdom. These experiences continue to shape her artistic voice, grounding her work in themes of reverence, sustainability, creation, and the reclamation of feminine wisdom.

COMMUNITY & CREATIVE PRACTICE

Creating Spaces
for Connection

In addition to her individual creative practice, Riley is the founder of community-centered experiences and events that merge art, sustainability, and connection. Through projects such as women's circles, live-performances, and curated vintage markets, she creates spaces that invite participants into deeper relationships with themselves, each other, and living in totality as a creative human.
